Chef Celia Florián

Chef Susana Trilling, is a teacher, writer and television host, and also the owner of Seasons of my Heart Cooking School in Rancho Aurora, San Lorenzo Cacaotepec, Etla. She is the author of the acclaimed book by critics, "Seasons of My Heart" and the PBS series of the same name, another book of food cartoons set in various regions of the Republic of Mexico.

She was a chef at her own restaurant, Bon Temps Rouler, in New York City and owner of the successful catering company "Seasons of My Heart", based in New York City. In 1990 she opened her cooking school at his home in the valley of Etla in Oaxaca.
